FOR WEB AGENCIES
Your clients aren't on your team. Stop asking them to onboard like they are.
Every feedback tool you have tried asked your client to install something, create an account, or sit through a walkthrough. That is why they went back to sending you screenshots over WhatsApp. tapko.app asks your client for nothing.
The round trip that eats your margin
A client spots something wrong during review. They write “the contact form looks broken” in an email. Someone on your team reads it, and now the real work starts: which page, which browser, which screen size, what were they actually doing. That is a reply, a wait, another reply, and a guess.
None of that is billable. It is also not one incident — it is the shape of every review round on every project you run. The hours disappear into the gap between what the client saw and what your developer can reproduce.
The fix is not chasing clients harder. It is capturing the context at the moment they noticed, so the round trip never has to happen.
What your client does vs. what you receive
| Your client | Your team |
|---|---|
| Installs nothing | One script tag, added once per site |
| Creates no account | Reports arrive in your dashboard |
| Learns no interface | Structured report, not a paragraph |
| Clicks the spot that looks wrong | Exact click location on the page |
| Types what they see | Annotated screenshot of their view |
| Does nothing else | Page URL, browser, OS and viewport |
Every one of those details is captured automatically at the moment the report is made. Nobody has to ask for them.
Pricing that does not punish you for winning clients
Most feedback tools price per project or per seat, so every new client makes the tool more expensive at exactly the moment your margin is tightest. That is backwards for an agency model.
tapko.app Pro is $49 per month for unlimited projects. Ten clients or fifty, the bill does not move. At 25 client projects that is under $2 per client per month.
The free plan covers one project with unlimited team members and unlimited comments, forever, with no credit card. Plenty of agencies run a smaller retainer project on free indefinitely while Pro carries the active builds.
“tapko.app has become essential for the business to operate. The team have been really helpful when there are bugs and issues spotted — they fix and resolve in a timely manner, listen to feedback, and update to accommodate and speed up our workflow.”
Getting a client project live
1. Create the project. Name it after the client, and you have a dashboard for their reports.
2. Paste one script tag. It goes on the client's site the same way any analytics snippet does. The widget loads asynchronously and adds under 3KB, so their Lighthouse score does not move.
3. Send the project link. No onboarding call, no PDF guide, no “here is how to use our feedback tool” email. The client clicks and types.
4. Route it where your team works. Connect ClickUp, Slack, Jira, Trello, Asana, Notion or Zapier, and each report lands on that client's board with the screenshot attached. Each connection is made once; the destination is set per project.
Frequently asked questions
Do my clients need an account to leave feedback?
No. There is nothing for your client to install, sign up for, or learn. You add one script tag to their site and send them a project link. They click where the problem is and type.
How does the pricing work across multiple clients?
Pro is $49 per month for unlimited projects, so cost does not rise as you take on more clients. At 25 client projects that works out under $2 per client per month. The free plan covers one project forever with no credit card.
Will the widget slow down my client's site?
No. The widget loads asynchronously and adds under 3KB to the page, so it does not move your Lighthouse score.
How long does it take to set up a new client project?
Under two minutes. Create the project, paste one script tag onto the client's site, and share the project link. There is no per-client onboarding call to run.
Can reports go into the tools my team already uses?
Yes. Connect ClickUp, Slack, Jira, Trello, Asana, Notion or Zapier and every report lands in the tool your team already works in, with the screenshot attached and a link back to the tapko.app record. Each connection is made once for your account and the destination is chosen per project, so each client's reports land on that client's board. Every integration is included on every plan, free one too.
