What's the difference between monthly and annual?
Same Pro plan either way. Annual is billed once at $468/year — saving $120 versus paying $49 month-to-month. You can switch billing periods at any time and we prorate the difference.
How does Tapko cost so much less than competitors?
Most tools charge per project and per seat, so the bill grows every time you add a client or a teammate. Tapko is a flat price for unlimited projects, and the people sending you feedback — your clients — never need a paid seat or an account.
What counts as a project?
One website or app you're collecting reports on. Each project gets its own script tag and its own report inbox. Most agencies run one project per client.
Do my clients pay anything?
Nothing. They don't even create an account. They open the link you send, tap on any issue, and write a note. That's the entire experience for them.
Can I change plans later?
Upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect immediately and we prorate any difference. No penalty for switching, and your free project stays free even after you cancel a paid plan.
