ABOUT TAPKO

What is Tapko?

Tapko is a bug reporting and visual feedback tool built for web agencies. Clients click anywhere on a live website to leave a comment. No installs, no accounts, no training — just a click and a message.

The Tapko app, explained simply

The Tapko app is a web dashboard for web agencies to collect and manage bug reports and visual feedback from their clients. Agencies add one JavaScript snippet to any website they are building or maintaining, share a project link with their client, and reports start arriving in the dashboard automatically.

Every report includes a screenshot, the page URL, browser type, operating system, viewport size, and the exact pixel location the client clicked. No follow-up emails needed. No “where did you see this?” threads.

Reports sync automatically to the tools agencies already use: Slack, Jira, Trello, Asana, Notion, ClickUp, or Zapier.

Why Tapko exists

Before Tapko, getting bug reports from clients meant asking them to install browser extensions, create accounts on new platforms, or send screenshots over WhatsApp with a description like “the thing on the right side looks wrong.”

Most clients do not report most bugs. The friction is too high. They see an issue, think about reporting it, and move on.

Tapko removes that friction entirely. The client sees the issue, clicks it, types a comment, and the report lands in your dashboard with every technical detail already captured.

Who built Tapko

Claudin

Founder, Tapko

Claudin ran a web agency for years and lost weeks of every project to the same broken feedback loop — vague emails, blurry screenshots, WhatsApp messages, and clients who simply stopped reporting issues because the process was too painful. Tapko is the tool he wished he had while running the agency.
